Srinivas Namineni

As the Director of Operations for Solugenix, Srinivas Namineni brings over 22 years of rich experience in the information technology services industry. He has been with Solugenix since 2007. Prior to Solugenix, he worked with one of the earliest global business process management services company providing support services to marque technology clientele such as Palm, Compaq, Hewlett Packard.

Srinivas demonstrates competency in executing plans and procedures for enhanced digital business process management for a diverse set of Solugenix customers. He displays a result-oriented outlook in his work and is adept in streamlining processes, maximizing productivity, and augmenting customer satisfaction.

His passion to drive efficiency in the projects and processes helps Srinivas keenly understand and analyze client’s business needs and translate them into well-defined systems for success. His keen sense for attention to detail stands out and reflects in his work.

Srinivas graduated in Electronics & Communications Engineering from University of Kerala. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, quality & information systems internal auditor.

Srinivas lives in Hyderabad, India with his wife and daughter. He can speak five languages and devotes plenty of his personal spare time to the affairs of the large residential apartment community he stays in. He considers himself as a technology aficionado who is always keen to learn about new and innovative technologies.
