Srihari Atluri

Associate Director, Srihari Atluri drives solution development for Enterprise IT Transition & Operations Services and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for Solugenix. With a focus on reducing overall IT costs and improving the end-customer journey, Srihari plays a foundational role in supporting the Solugenix mission of fulfilling the needs of its diverse corporate client base. This includes overseeing Application Operations and Workload Automation Services delivered to the onsite and offshore Solugenix locations.

Srihari brings 12 years of experience in strategically employing ITSM and ITL best practices to deliver highly-successful technology solutions that transform organizational effectiveness. This experience has honed his innovative problem-solving skills that are furthered by effective decision making, communication and collaboration skills.

Prior to Solugenix, Srihari worked at start-ups in New York and New Jersey as a Solution Developer and Consultant as well as holding senior-level positions as Java and Web application developer for a global electronics manufacturer and a leading contact center technology solutions provider.

Srihari holds several degrees in computer science from the Fairleigh Dickinson University and University of Central Florida, and VRESEC as well as holding an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Cal State Fullterton. He also holds PMP and ITILV3 certifications.

Among his personal passions and priorities are spending time with his family, hosting a successful online radio show on socio-political issues, nonprofit fundraising and volunteering at School Site Council. Srihari also conducts project management training sessions as well as conducting cultural events.
