Sharmila Ankireddy is a part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership team at Solugenix, where she leads the charter for implementing strategies and is responsible for operations. Our ability to provide our customers with a world class software development team is one of the key metrics we track, and one we, as a team, are proud of. We have grown leaps and bounds, with a growth of over 50% year-over-year.

She has two beautiful children, who are on their way to becoming doctors, and a caring husband. Besides taking care of her family, Sharmila loves fashion design, a hobby she indulges during breaks.
