Sarita Narisetty

Sarita is the Associate Director for Human Resources and is responsible for driving HR Strategy and operations for Solugenix India. She has over two decades of experience in defining, optimizing HR strategy/operations for start-up, growing, and established multi-national organizations. She brings a vast experience of fulfilling HR needs of IT services and product companies with in-depth understanding of the intersection between business, people, and operational needs.

Prior to joining Solugenix, she held leadership roles in driving global HR operations for IT services organizations and product companies for APAC, Middle East, and US regions. She was Instrumental in leading organization change management, talent acquisition, HR policies, regulatory compliances, business process consolidations for new acquisitions. She also enabled companies to expand business operations to new geographies such as APAC & Middle East.

Sarita holds an MBA in Human Resources and Bachelor of Science , both from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She lives with her husband and son in Hyderabad. When she is not breathing HR, Sarita enjoys reading management literature and fiction. She loves long drives, listening to music.
