Maruth Mulakala

As our Vice President, Digital Engineering, Maruth builds and leads the practice, driving customer success of multiple simultaneous engagements in the areas of Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Enterprise Platforms, Cloud Transformations, Agile Transformation, and global delivery for our Fortune 500 clients. His responsibilities also include P&L management, new value proposition development, talent development, driving digital innovation, client executive leadership management, and business development.

Maruth is an accomplished Digital Engineering leader with a proven track record of driving technical excellence and innovation in large enterprise environments. With a strong background in aligning technology with corporate strategies, Maruth excels at crafting and executing technology roadmaps that exceed business and customer experience goals. Maruth is adept at managing executive stakeholders, building high-performing engineering teams, and fostering a culture of cross-departmental collaboration.

Maruth holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore and a Bachelor of Engineering from Andhra University College of Engineering. He is also an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and holds Scaled Agile certifications. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to innovation, talent development, and delivering impactful solutions.

Maruth lives with his wife and daughter in the greater Phoenix area, AZ. He is a regular at the local gym and loves building science projects with his daughter.
