With a strong background in financial modeling and process thinking, Jacob has a proven track record of building high-performing finance teams and driving growth in dynamic environments.

At Solugenix, Jacob oversees global financial management, process improvement initiatives, and serves as a key strategic finance advisor. He brings expertise in corporate spinouts, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and team recruitment and retention, ensuring the company remains financially agile and competitive in the market.

With extensive executive experience at high-growth technology services companies like Caylent, Relocity, and Onica, Jacob has managed international operations, led various financial systems implementations, and navigated complex financial landscapes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pacific University and is deeply committed to community engagement and family life in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Outside of work he spends most of his time cheering on his daughters competing in soccer, softball, and competitive cheer.
