Tarun Bhattacharjee

Tarun Bhattacharjee joined Solugenix in March 2022 as Director of Service Delivery. Over the past 20 years, he has led and transformed organizations and their clientele through consulting, technology and outsourcing.

With extensive experience across Financial Services (Banking, Cards & Payments, Capital Markets & Insurance), Telecom, Pharma, Clinical & Healthcare, Life Sciences, Transportation, Retail, Research and Development, Infrastructure, Application and Process domain, Tarun has found his passion building high performance teams and high engagement within leadership, emphasizing a top-down waterfall of change to the larger organization and its clients.

This approach has accelerated sustainable growth within global delivery, account management, and competency & practices both organically and through external acquisitions and mergers. He is committed to maximizing the potential of those opportunities through creative disruption, innovation, sustainable strategies & ensuring delivery.

Beyond the professional realm, Tarun is a proud owner of an adorable Golden Retriever pup, whose mission in life — clear as he can tell — is ensuring Tarun stays fit by forcing him to play games throughout the day.  Tarun also shares a passion for traveling and photography with his wife, in addition to music, particularly India classical and Bollywood. 

His deeper mission is giving back to the communities that have supported him, empowering those that once empowered and enabled his dreams.
