Andrea Butz

As the Solugenix Senior Director, Global Human Resources, Andrea Butz oversees and guides all human resource programs, policies and compliance function areas globally.

Andrea brings more than 20 years of experience in pivotal HR roles for several leading global and regional corporations to her role with Solugenix. This includes extensive experience in all HR areas including benefits administration and development, payroll, compensation, performance, compliance and risk management, immigration, and employee relations.

Her career of HR innovation can be seen through her approach to designing, planning, and implementing HR programs and policies for leading companies across automotive, software, marketing, transportation development, and consumer credit reporting.

Andrea has managed both small and large HR teams as well as payroll for hundreds of employees based locally and internationally. A consummate leader, collaborator and team builder, Andrea also leverages extensive experience in HR technology system implementation and administration with HRIS and HRMS, system feed maintenance and HR Metrics reporting.

Andrea holds an MBA from the University of California Irvine with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Strategy as well as a BA from UCLA in Environmental Studies, in addition to various HR certifications including, PHR, CCP, and CBP.

Andrea loves spending time with her family. She is also the proud “mom” to two rescue cats and a dog, lovingly known as "The HR Dog" of Solugenix.
