As the Director of Solutions Consulting for Solugenix, Tessa Poulos applies her expertise in business process improvement and software solutions to help clients across many sectors to maximize the benefits of the ServiceNow Technology Platform. She leverages more than a decade in management consulting, building and delivering solutions for top enterprise clients in the areas of technology implementation and organizational change management.

Tessa’s passion for helping companies operate more efficiently drives her to fully understand each client’s business objectives and translate these into technology needs. She aims to design cost-effective, stable solutions that meet the client’s needs and deliver excellent customer experiences and outcomes.

Tessa hails from South Africa, where she graduated with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology from Rhodes University. Tessa is an outdoors enthusiast with a love of the ocean and hiking in the California mountains.
