Solugenix collects, stores, and uses personal data to provide our recruiting, employment, and consulting services. We collect personal data about individuals who use our websites, apply for employment or engagement with us, or placement by us through our recruitment services, employees, and those who are representative of our customers, including prospective customers. Solugenix does not knowingly direct its services or obtain information from children under age 13.
Most of this data is provided by you directly when you contact us, submit an application, or during your employment with us.
We will use your personal information under the following circumstances:
• You have given your consent to the relevant activity for the purposes of which we have informed. You always have the right to withdraw that consent.

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary in connection with our agreement with you as well as long as necessary to be in compliance with all state and Federal laws. Job applicants and individuals whose client assignments have ended will be maintained in Solugenix’s talent pool to be potentially contacted about other employment opportunities. Where applicable, Solugenix will remove your information from the talent pool upon verified request.
Solugenix holds its employees, agents, service providers, and customers accountable for maintaining the trust that you place in us with your personal information.
For individuals, Solugenix shares the data that is necessary to perform our staffing and consulting services with our customers. For employees, Solugenix shares the data that is necessary with our service providers in order to provide Payroll, Human Resources Services, Health and Welfare benefits (as outlined in the below Employee Disclosure). Under no circumstances do we sell any personal information to any of our service providers or partners.
Any engagement of a customer or a service provider will be governed by appropriate contractual requirements prohibiting the use of your information for any purposes beyond those specifically directed by Solugenix and requiring that they ensure sufficient administrative and technical security mechanisms are in place to prevent your information from being improperly used, disclosed, or accessed.

Access or Deletion Requests for California Resident Job Applicants
The information that we collect from job applicants is limited. However, if you are a California resident, you have the right, subject to certain exceptions defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and other applicable laws and regulations, to request that Solugenix disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past twelve (12) months.

If you authorize an agent to make an access or deletion request on your behalf, Solugenix will need to verify the authorization before processing the request. The authorized agent will need to submit documentation evidencing your authorization of this agent to make the request and the authorized agent will need to verify their identity with Solugenix.
Solugenix utilizes SMS communication through our trusted telecom partners to connect with contacts, candidates, and employees about employment opportunities and job assignments. Our SMS service is designed for brief, relevant messages and is not intended for transferring large files such as CVs/resumes.
We ensure that data related to opt-in consent for SMS communication remains confidential and is not shared with third-party entities. Your privacy is important to us, and we do not transfer or sell this data for marketing or any other purposes.
In some cases, we may share personal information, such as mobile phone numbers, with trusted partners involved in background checks or payroll processing. This sharing is strictly for communication, access, and validation purposes and does not extend to marketing. Even when personal data is shared with our trusted partners, you remain an integral part of our talent platform. Solugenix clients will continue to engage with you via SMS or MMS for employment-related matters, respecting your original opt-in consent.
